探讨敦煌下瘀血方对SPID模型大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α表达的影响。将50只SPF级雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组及敦煌下瘀血方低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,除空白组外均进行SPID造模。造模30 d后,空白组及模型组灌胃生理盐水,4 m L/只,敦煌下瘀血方高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组则分别灌服12.5倍、6.25倍、3.175倍敦煌下瘀血方,1次/d,共15 d。灌药结束后,除模型组外,其余各组大鼠体质量均较造模前有增加,与造模前相比较P<0.05或P<0.01;模型组与其余各组比较,体质量较低(P<0.01)。与空白组比较,其余各组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);与模型组相比较,各用药组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平下降(P<0.01或P<0.05);各用药组间相比较,中剂量组、高剂量组大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-α水平较低剂量低(P<0.01或P<0.05),高剂量组大鼠血清IL-8与低剂量组、中剂量组相比较,P<0.01。结论:敦煌下瘀血方可降低SPID模型大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平。
To investigate the effect of Dunhuangxiayu Decoction on the expression of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in serum of SPID model rats. Fifty SPF female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group, model group, low dose of Dunhuangxiaoshuxue prescription group, middle dose group and high dose group. After 30 days, the rats in blank group and model group were fed with normal saline (4 m L / body), high dose group of Dunhuangxiaoshuxue prescription group, middle dose group and low dose group were given 12.5 times, 6.25 times and 3.175 times Dunhuang Xiaoyu side, 1 / d, a total of 15 d. Compared with the model group, except the model group, the body weight of the rats in other groups increased compared with those before model establishment, P <0.05 or P <0.01 compared with those before model establishment. Compared with the other groups, Low (P <0.01). Compared with the blank group, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the other groups were significantly increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The level of IL-8 in high dose group was significantly lower than that in low dose group and middle dose group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Dunhuangxiayu Decoction can reduce the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in serum of SPID model rats.
