碳酸酐酶IX(CAIX)是CA家族中的一员,其表达与缺氧有关,定位于细胞膜上,在缺氧条件下调节细胞增殖,参与肿瘤的发生和发展。正常肾组织不表达CAIX,而肾细胞癌高表达,特别是肾透明细胞癌。CAIX在原发性和转移性肾癌的诊断、预后判断、分子治疗和疗效预测等方面有着重要作用。
Carbonic anhydrase IX (CAIX) is a member of the CA family whose expression is related to hypoxia, localization on the cell membrane, regulation of cell proliferation under hypoxic conditions, and involvement in tumorigenesis and development. Normal renal tissue does not express CAIX, while high expression of renal cell carcinoma, especially renal clear cell carcinoma. CAIX plays an important role in the diagnosis, prognosis, molecular therapy and prognosis of primary and metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
