A new type of building component, the highly alkaline limestone-sand reinforced building element, has recently passed technical appraisal in Chongqing. This type of structure is made of high-alkaline lime-sand silicate crucibles equipped with rebars. It is a kind of artificial stone made of lime and sand as a raw material and hydrothermal synthesis process (autoclave method).
