我们常州市花园中学是一所新村配套中学,新村远离市区,学校与居民住宅、工矿企事业单位形成一个相对独立的社区,社区环境可以说是学生成长的“空气、水、土壤”。根据这个特点,我们在社区建设方面进行了以下几个方面的探索:1.以学校为中心,成立了社区教育委员会,争取社会教育的支持。花园社区教育委员会由地区工矿企事业单位方方面面的代表组成,共同为花园地区义务教育事业的发展作出努力。
We Changzhou Garden High School is a new village supporting high school, the new village far away from urban areas, schools and residential buildings, industrial and mining enterprises to form a relatively independent community, community environment can be said that students grow “air, water and soil.” Based on this characteristic, we have made some exploration in the aspects of community construction as follows: 1. With the school as the center, we set up a community education committee to win the support of social education. The Garden Community Education Committee is made up of representatives from all quarters of industrial and mining enterprises and institutions in the region and jointly endeavors to promote the development of compulsory education in the garden area.
