In the deformation measurement of engineering buildings, in order to obtain the deformation results, it is usually processed and analyzed according to two phases of data, that is, in the case of having multiple phases of observation data. Now suppose that the deformation control network has obtained multiple observation data, and there are the same quasi-steady parameters in each deformation measurement in each period. How to perform the overall analysis instead of performing every two phases is the problem to be discussed in this paper. For this purpose, we can determine the common quasi-steady-state parameters by selecting the quasi-steady reference benchmarks selected in each period, perform the pseudo-stability adjustment separately, and find out the deformation regularity in each period. In this way, the processing of multi-phase data is the same as the two-phase data processing method, and the existing literature has solved this problem. In this paper, we also assume that the parameters to be stabilized will not change between phases, but for the deformation parameters, there will be relatively stable changes. In this way,
