锁定是一个普遍存在于各行业的现象。顾客锁定就是顾客被锁定在某种产品或者服务上面,其他的同类产品没有被选择的权利,这也就是市场被锁定。不同的行业锁定的程度却有所不同,IT行业就表现的相当突出,如人们熟知的Intel产品牢牢地占据了市场。而Microsoft公司则牢牢占据个人桌面系统市场。而联通公司在CDMA标准还没有制定之前,抢在中国移动之前,投入巨资,以非常具有吸引力的价格提供通讯服务,扩大市场份额,希望以“既成事实”来锁定市场。
Locking is a common phenomenon in various industries. Customer lock is the customer is locked in a product or service above, other similar products are not the right to choose, which is the market is locked. Different industries have different degrees of locking, the IT industry has performed quite well, such as well-known Intel products firmly occupy the market. Microsoft is firmly occupying the personal desktop market. Before the CDMA standard was drafted, China Unicom invested huge sums of money to provide communication services at very attractive prices and expand its market share before the CDMA standard was formulated. It hopes to lock the market with “fait accompli.”
