采用免疫组化ABC法 ,检查外科手术取得的肿瘤标本中 10种神经肽免疫反应性神经纤维的分布情况及其与肿瘤细胞的关系 ,以探讨贲门腺癌组织中的肽能神经支配情况。结果发现 ,贲门腺癌组织中存在相当数量的GAL、Dyn、NPY等多种神经肽免疫反应性神经纤维 ,多分布在肿瘤细胞之间 ,并与肿瘤细胞紧密接触。提示贲门腺癌组织中可能存在肽能神经支配
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to examine the distribution of neuropeptide immunoreactive nerve fibers in tumor samples obtained from surgical operations and their relationship with tumor cells in order to explore the innervation of peptide innervation in gastric cardia adenocarcinoma. The results showed that a large number of neuropeptide immunoreactive nerve fibers such as GAL, Dyn, NPY and so on exist in cardiac adenocarcinoma tissues. They are distributed between tumor cells and closely contacted with tumor cells. Tip gastric cardia adenocarcinoma may exist within the innervation of the peptide
