东风汽车日常运行中,转向节主销载荷较大,如果润滑条件差(或油道阻塞),进水后锈蚀,将引起主销与衬套及前轴主销孔的磨损加快。主销与前轴主销孔、转向节衬套如因磨损松旷,实际上改变了配合关系,影响了前轮定位角。主销与转向节衬套的配合间隙和装配质量对汽车行驶稳定性的影响极大。实践证明,配合间隙过小,转向沉重;间隙过大则松旷。因此,在汽车保修和使用中,必须对这些问题引起足够的重视。
