目的系统评价脑缺血半暗带(IP)的磁共振功能成像.方法以主题词Meta-分析,IP,弥散加权成像(DWI)、灌注加权成像(PWI)联合检索.结果共检索出36篇文章.有关DWI或PWI与IP的文章19

目的系统评价脑缺血半暗带(IP)的磁共振功能成像.方法以主题词Meta-分析,IP,弥散加权成像(DWI)、灌注加权成像(PWI)联合检索.结果共检索出36篇文章.有关DWI或PWI与IP的文章19篇,DWI和PWI共同研究IP的文章为两篇,其中18篇为英文,仅1篇为中文.结论尽管DWI和PWI方法有不足之处,但仍为目前显示IP的最佳影像方法,敏感性为66%,特异性为83%和84%,有良好的应用前景.
