Backgroud: Survival rate of full thick skin flap free grafting is lower than that of pedicle graft,the survive of the former depends on reconstruction of sub dermal vascular net and trauma surfaces capillary.One of the main causes of skin flap survival is to fully cut off scar and the key is hemostasis.
