近年来,随着财政国库制度改革的稳步推进,国库集中支付改革不断深入,国库业务创新日新月异,国库资金暴露的风险点也越来越多。在新形势下,事后监督工作如何与时俱进,跟上国库业务创新的步伐,有效地范防资金风险是国库事后监督部门需要认真思考的问题。本文通过对事后监督现状、问题及难点的分析,提出在新形势下进一步发挥事后监督作用的思考和建议。
In recent years, with the steady progress of the reform of the treasury treasury system, treasury centralized payment reform has been deepened, treasury business innovation has been advancing with each passing day, and treasury funds have been exposing more and more risk points. Under the new situation, how to keep abreast of the times with the times and keep pace with the innovation of the state treasury business, and effectively guarding against capital risks are issues that need to be seriously considered by treasury’s post-supervision departments. Based on the analysis of the status quo, problems and difficulties of post-supervision, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on how to play a post-supervision role under the new situation.
