植物名称:何首乌(Polygonum multiflorum)材料类别:茎尖和带有腋芽的嫩茎段。培养条件:茎尖和去叶茎段用0.1％HgCl_2消毒4～6分钟,无茵水冲4～5次,切成0.5～1.5cm长。茎段要求带有一个腋芽并在腋芽以下留有0.5cm左右的茎段。生芽培养基MS+BA1～2(单位:mg/L;下同)+NAA0.02～0.04。生根培养基MS减半+NAA4。蔗糖3％,琼脂0.6％,温度24±2℃,光照度1000～2000lx,日照8～10小时。
