通过比较中化石油和民营租赁油库的费用明细,明确了租赁油库的主要费用科目,建立了中化石油租赁油库的费用指标,通过对油库吨油费用、吨油人工成本和吨油损耗率三项费用指标进行分析,发现了影响油库费用的因素,最后,在此基础上建立了中化石油租赁油库的费用控制标准化体系。该费用体系的建立为租赁油库的费用控制提供参考依据。
By comparing the cost details of CNOOC and privately owned leased oil depots, the major cost accounts of the leased oil depots were clarified, and the cost index of CNG leased oil depots was established.
