以过程系统能量流结构为基础提出了以物料和能量同时优化为目标的、用于整个过程系统操作调优的普遍化目标函数和普遍化的策略方法。运用这个目标函数和策略方法，可以同以物料优化为目标开发成功的各种工艺过程操作调优技术结合起来，实现整个系统物料、能量同时优化。文中举例说明了借助能量流程模拟和经济优化技术的尝试。
Based on the energy flow structure of the process system, a generalized objective function and a generalized strategy method are put forward to optimize the operation of the whole process system with the objective of simultaneous material and energy optimization. By using this objective function and strategy method, we can combine with various process operation tuning technologies that have been successfully developed with the objective of material optimization, and optimize the entire system of materials and energy at the same time. The article illustrates an attempt to optimize the technology with energy flow simulation and economy.
