兰州市注重抓好应急管理培训工作,将应急管理培训纳入公务员培训和新任领导干部培训之中,不断提高各级人员的应急管理能力。同时,针对地质灾害、防震减灾、安全生产、消防安全、交通安全、特种设备、公共卫生、食品安全等领域从业人员,每年培训达5万余人次。2014年6月,兰州市政府与国家行政学院应急管理培训中心签署了战略合作协议,重点在应急培训、决策咨询、应急体系建设、应急演练等6个方面加强合作,并计划在兰州市委党校成立应急管理培训中心,在国家行政学院应急管理培训中心的支持下,开展经常性的应急管理培训。
Lanzhou pays great attention to the training of emergency management and incorporates emergency management training into the training of civil servants and the training of new leading cadres. It continually improves the emergency management capabilities of all levels of personnel. At the same time, we train more than 50,000 people each year in the fields of geological disasters, earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, production safety, fire safety, traffic safety, special equipment, public health and food safety. In June 2014, Lanzhou Municipal Government and the State Administration of Emergency Management Training Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement, focusing on strengthening cooperation in six aspects including emergency training, decision-making consultation, emergency response system construction and emergency drills, and plans to establish a party school in Lanzhou Municipal Party Committee Emergency Management Training Center, in the State Administration of Emergency Management Training Center with the support of regular emergency management training.
