This paper systematically studies the geologic and geochemical characteristics of granite in different periods of the West Kunlun orogenic belt, and demonstrates the rock series and genesis of the granite. The results show that the granite belongs to the low-potassium tholeiite series, calc-alkaline series, high-K calc-alkaline series
