患儿女,2岁。误服复方炔诺酮50片。3个小时后出现阵发性腹痛,伴呕吐和腹泻。呕吐物为所进食水,并混有8个残缺药片,大便为黄绿色稀水。在观察治疗约30小时期间,除阵发性腹痛外,呕吐6次,大便5次;另外又阵阵出现口唇抽动,两眼直视,每次持续数秒钟,共发作8次,发作后神志清楚。患儿于服药后34小时转来我院。查体:体温36.5℃,脉搏120次/分,呼吸30次/分。入院时患儿一般情况尚好,无明显中毒症状,故未给任何处理。约入院4小时左右,即服药后38小时左右,患儿突然面部青紫,两眼直视,四肢抽动。即刻给予吸氧,肌注鲁米那钠70mg,维生素B_6100mg。患儿昏迷抽搐不止,
