光通信是当代通信网络的基石,而光通信技术的进步,离不开一大批科研人员的辛勤付出和执著创新。何建明,就是一位中国光通信领域的科研带头人。在今年“全国五一劳动模范和先进工作者”评选中,何建明凭借在一系列重大科研攻关项目中的突出贡献,成为中国通信制造业仅有的两位劳动模范之一。此前,何建明就已经获得了很多荣誉:包括四次获得部级科技进步一等奖、两次获得国家科技进步奖(二等奖一次、三等奖一次)、获得全国信息产业系统劳动模范称号、获得全国“五一劳动奖章”等。但沉甸甸的荣誉并没有成为何建明的包袱,他仍保持着一个低调、务实的技术专家的本色。
Optical communication is the cornerstone of contemporary communication networks. The progress of optical communication technology can not be achieved without the hard work and persistent innovation of a large number of researchers. He Jianming is a research leader in the field of optical communications in China. In this year’s “National May 1 Model Workers and Advanced Workers” selection, He Jianming became one of the only two model workers in China’s communications industry by virtue of his outstanding contributions in a series of major scientific research projects. Prior to this, He Jianming has won a lot of honors: including four first-class ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards, two national scientific and technological progress awards (second prize, third prize once), access to national information industry system model worker title, Obtain national “51 Labor Medal ” and so on. However, the heavy honor has not become a burden on He Jianming, and he still maintains the essence of a low-key and pragmatic technical expert.
