随着现代社会经济文化的快速发展,人们面对着不同的挑战和压力,不管是在社会的哪个阶段的人群,都面临着不同程度的压力,针对这一现象我们需要高度关注当代人群的心理安全问题。目前我国主要采用的是发展性的心理辅导模式来进行研究,这是在原有固定的心理辅导模式的基础上进行改进而形成当前的这一套体制。这是一套针对不同的人群而制定的特色的模式,本文将从目前我国发展的心理辅导模式所存在的问题、具体存在的心理疏导方式中存在的缺陷、针对不同的年龄段的人群制定相应的辅导方式、如何提高心理疏通的高效性和敏感性等方面来做一个介绍和探讨。
With the rapid development of economy and culture in modern society, people face different challenges and pressures. People in any stage of society are facing different degrees of pressure. In response to this phenomenon, we need to pay great attention to the psychology of contemporary people safe question. At present, China mainly adopts the developmental model of psychological counseling to conduct research, which is based on the original fixed psychological counseling model to improve and form the current system.
