溶血反应是严重的输血反应,一旦发生,死亡率极高。现将因血型不合,误输400ml异型血后而引起重度溶血反应,经抢救成功一例报告如下: 患者,女,27岁,已婚,住院号3521,该患者闭经五十余天,腹痛,阴道少量流血伴头晕五天而入院。当时查体:重度贫血外观、全腹软、压痛(+)、反跳痛明显,腹穿抽出无凝集血5ml,血压12/8KPa。血常规RBc2.4×10~(12)/L,WBC16.3×10~(9)/L,Hb7/L,血型“B”型。诊断:异位妊娠合并贫血。立即给患者输
