现阶段职业指导在高校中取得了一定成绩,但仍然存在一些问题。本文从高职院校职业指导的现状出发,以清远职业技术学院为例,指出了现阶段高校职业指导存在的主要问题即:职业指导机构设置不合理;职业指导课程不合理且重视程度不够;师资力量不强;缺少对用人单位的职业指导。文章从对职业指导的认识、机构设置、课程设置、与用人单位职业指导四方面分析了现阶段高职院校职业指导质量不高的主要原因并提出了实现更高质量的职业指导的主要方法和对策建议。本人认为要实现高质量的职业指导就必须充分认识到职业指导的重要性,建立和完善高校职业指导系统思想;建立一套行之有效的、完善的高效率的职业指导机构和服务平台;高度重视职业指导课程以及与之相关的职业生涯规划大赛和创业大赛等活动;着力培养一支专业化的职业指导队伍;加强与用人单位的职业指导和沟通。
Vocational guidance at this stage has made some achievements in colleges and universities, but there are still some problems. This paper, starting from the current situation of vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges, and taking Qingyuan Vocational and Technical College as an example, points out the main problems existing in vocational guidance at colleges and universities at present: that is, the setting of vocational guidance institutions is unreasonable; the vocational guidance courses are not reasonable and the emphasis is not enough; Teachers is not strong; the lack of professional guidance to employers. The article analyzes the main reason of the low quality of vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: the cognition of vocational guidance, the establishment of institutions, the curriculum and the employment guidance of employing units, and puts forward the main methods of achieving higher quality of vocational guidance And countermeasures and suggestions. In my opinion, in order to achieve high-quality career guidance, we must fully recognize the importance of career guidance, establish and improve the career guidance system in colleges and universities, establish an effective, complete and efficient career guidance agency and service platform, Emphasis on vocational guidance courses and related career planning competitions and entrepreneurship competitions and other activities; focus on cultivating a professional career guidance team; and employers to strengthen vocational guidance and communication.
