进入高中年龄段的女生,由于皮下脂肪增厚,体重增加,肌肉力量相对减弱;心理上胆小、怕羞;有的学生学习动机不明确,对体育课中的练习,怕苦、怕累,兴趣不高。另外,以往的快速跑教学,教法单一,内容枯燥,教学效果不甚理想。针对这一现状,我认为要提高快速跑教学效果的关键,在于调动起学生的练习积极性,使之变被动为主动,变要我学为我要学。因此,我联系教材内容,采用游戏与竞赛相结合的几种练习方法,以致女生的快速跑兴趣被充分调动起来,教学效果明显提高。
Female students entering senior high school, due to thickening of subcutaneous fat, weight gain, muscle strength is relatively weak; psychologically timid, shy; some motivation to learn is not clear, physical exercise, fear of suffering, afraid of tired, interested not tall. In addition, the previous fast-track teaching, teaching a single, boring content, teaching less than ideal. In response to this situation, I think the key to improve the effectiveness of teaching is to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to practice, so that change from passive to active, change my study for me to learn. Therefore, I contacted the contents of the teaching materials, using several exercises combining the game with the competition, so that the girl’s interest in running quickly was fully mobilized and the teaching effect was obviously improved.
