为达到水系统水力平衡,通常的做法是加装平衡阀;而为跟踪负荷变化则加装调节阀。认为水系统中流体流动处于阻力平方区,只要水阻力元件的几何参数确定,其综合阻抗S就是恒定的。对4种构成的水系统的变工况性能进行了计算,结果表明,系统加装平衡阀和调节阀后运行效率大大降低,而按系统思考理念构成的水系统性能优于传统系统。
In order to achieve the hydraulic balance of the water system, it is common practice to install a counterbalance valve, and to adjust the valve for tracking load changes. It is considered that the fluid flow in the water system is in the square of the resistance square, and the integrated impedance S is constant as long as the geometric parameters of the water resistance element are determined. The performance of the four kinds of water systems is calculated. The results show that the efficiency of the system is greatly reduced when the balance valve and the control valve are installed. The performance of the water system based on system thinking is better than that of the traditional system.
