通过两组实验对比明显看到:矽尘对巨噬细胞确实具有一定的特异性毒害作用。粉尘量越大巨噬细胞的损害程度也加重。至于粉尘对巨噬细胞的毒害作用机制可能与其物理因素及化学特性致成细胞体内发生生物化学变化有关。确切结论尚待今后工作中探讨。
Obviously through the comparison of the two groups of experiments, it was found that whiskers do have specific toxic effects on macrophages. The greater the amount of dust, the greater the damage of macrophages. As for the toxic mechanism of dust on macrophages, it may be related to the physical and chemical properties of the cells caused by biochemical changes in the body. The exact conclusion remains to be explored in future work.
