各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构: 为做好中央所属有色金属企事业单位的接收工作,根据《国务院关于调整中央所属有色金属企事业单位管理体制有关问题的通知》(国发[2000]17号)精神,省人民政府决定成立省有色金属企事业单位下放接收工作领导小组。现将领导小组成员名单通知如下:
All autonomous prefectures and municipal people’s governments, administrative offices of all regions, people’s governments of all counties (autonomous counties, cities, municipal districts and special economic zones) and departments directly under the provincial government: In order to do a good job of receiving the nonferrous metal enterprises and institutions under the Central Government, In the spirit of the State Council’s Notice on Adjusting the Management System of Non-ferrous Metal Enterprises and Institutions Owned by the Central Government (Guo Fa [2000] No. 17), the provincial people’s government decided to set up a leading group for the decentralization and reception of nonferrous metal enterprises and institutions. The list of leading members will now be informed as follows:
