建立了一种测定枣叶中酸枣仁皂苷B含量的高效液相色谱分析方法,色谱条件为:色谱柱Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈:水(35:65,v/v),加入甲酸0.05%;流速为0.8 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长204 nm。结果表明:酸枣仁皂苷B在20~1000μg/m L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r2=0.9999),平均加标回收率为100.1%,最低检出限1.1μg/mL。采用开发的高效液相色谱法对14个品种的大枣及酸枣的幼叶中酸枣仁皂苷B的含量进行了测定,其含量在0.91~2.67 mg/g之间。
A HPLC method for the determination of jujuboside B in jujube leaves was developed. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Hypersil BDS C18 (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile: water (35:65 , v / v), 0.05% formic acid was added; the flow rate was 0.8 mL / min; the column temperature was 30 ℃; the detection wavelength was 204 nm. The results showed that jujuboside B had a good linear relationship (r2 = 0.9999) in the range of 20-1000 μg / mL with the average recovery of 100.1% and the lowest detection limit of 1.1 μg / mL. The content of jujuboside B in jujube and jujube leaves of 14 cultivars was determined by HPLC. The content of jujuboside B was between 0.91 and 2.67 mg / g.
