Objective To evaluate the effect of antibacterials rehabilitative activities on regulating the use of antibacterials in our hospital and provide references for further strengthening the clinical application of antibacterials. Methods A total of 1 037 prescriptions of antimicrobial drugs were collected randomly from March 2012 to September 2012 (before remediation) and from September 2012 to February 2013 (after remediation), and the use of antibacterials in outpatients before and after remediation Compare The results of irrational prescriptions from 531 before the remediation (51.21%) down to 260 (25.07%); after treatment, the first and second generation cephalosporins utilization increased significantly, the third and fourth generation cephalosporins and quinolones The usage rate of oral dosage forms increased from 32.79% to 53.42%, the dosage of injections decreased from 67.21% to 46.58%, the average prescription value decreased, the variety of drugs used decreased, and the proportion of antibacterials and drugs decreased. The difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Antimicrobial drug remediation work helps to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents, urging the clinical emphasis on safe, rational and economical use of antimicrobial agents.
