目的:了解青岛市农村村级卫生服务人力资源状况。方法:自行设计村级卫生服务机构从业人员调查表,由本区市农村村级卫生服务机构负责人填写并上报,所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:青岛市村卫生室卫生技术人员各区市分布不平衡。绝大多数从业人员学历层次偏低、多维持在中专或中专以下水平,整体素质有待提升。结论:人力资源是保障农村初级医疗卫生保健的关键,要合理配置农村人力资源、加强乡村医生培训、面向农村培养全科医务人员、建立相应的激励机制,完善和保障村级医疗卫生服务体系可持续发展。
Objective: To understand the status of rural health service human resources in rural areas in Qingdao. Methods: Self-designed questionnaires of employees in village-level health service institutions were filled out and reported by the responsible persons of rural village-level health service agencies in the district, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results: The health technicians in village clinics in Qingdao were unevenly distributed in all districts and cities. The vast majority of employees academic level is low, multi-dimensional maintained at the secondary or secondary level, the overall quality needs to be improved. Conclusion: Human resources are the key to ensuring primary health care in rural areas. It is necessary to rationally allocate human resources in rural areas, strengthen training of rural doctors, train general practitioners in rural areas, establish corresponding incentive mechanisms, and improve and ensure that village-level medical and health service systems Continuous development.
