Zilog公司制成32位的Z80000微处理器Zilog公司宣市制成数据通道和内部结构均为32位的Z80000微处理器,运算速度每秒5万条指令(采用了256字节的高速暂存器)。Z80000与Z8000在软件和硬件上完全兼容,故Z8000的用户可自然地向Z80000过渡而无需对软件做任何修改。
Zilog 32-bit Z80000 Microprocessor Zilog announces the Z80000 microprocessor with 32-bit data channel and internal structure with a speed of 50,000 instructions per second (using a 256-byte scratchpad Device). The Z80000 is fully software and hardware compatible with the Z8000, so users of the Z8000 can naturally transition to the Z80000 without any changes to the software.
