清道夫受体A是一种细胞表面的糖蛋白,主要分布在巨噬细胞上,具有广泛的配体识别谱,最初是作为脂蛋白受体被发现的,可以内吞修饰的脂蛋白,促进动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。近年研究发现,清道夫受体A还在介导巨噬细胞对内毒素清除及凋亡细胞的识别、细胞黏附以宿主防御等起重要作用。与对清道夫受体A的分子结构,表达调空和生物学功能等做一综述。
Scavenger receptor A is a cell-surface glycoprotein that is predominantly distributed on macrophages and has a broad spectrum of ligand recognition that was originally found as a lipoprotein receptor that can endocytose modified lipoproteins and promote Formation of atherosclerotic plaque. Recent studies have found that scavenger receptor A is still mediating macrophages to endotoxin clearance and apoptosis of cell recognition, cell adhesion plays an important role in host defense. This review summarizes the molecular structure of Scavenger Receptor A, its expression and its biological functions.
