巴西总统若泽·萨尔内4月28日任命经济学家布雷塞尔·佩雷拉为巴西新财政部长,以接替4月26日辞职的迪尔森·富纳罗。富纳罗是巴西著名的“克鲁扎多计划”的制定者和推行者。他的下台表明这个南美国家的经济计划受到重大挫折,同时也预示着经济政策将发生新的变化。 富纳罗是1985年8月出任财政部长的。他的“克鲁扎多计划”虽然已经失败,但毋庸否认,开始时它曾经给巴西经济注入了新的活力,并使其获得迅速发展。
On April 28, Brazilian President Jose Saarne appointed economist Brezer Pereira as Brazil’s new Treasury secretary to replace Dilsen Fanaro, who resigned on April 26.
