近日,我们访问了上世纪80年代初期福建省林业厅省林业经济学会秘书长、后调任省政府经济研究中心副主任、研究员、国务院特殊津贴专家杨涛。他是我省林业的老前辈,对我省林业改革开放历程很熟悉,我们请他谈谈我省林业改革开放的一些情况。杨老说,我就自己熟悉的情况谈一谈。我对林业改革的研究探索主要有四个方面或者说四个阶段。
Recently, we visited the secretary-general of the Provincial Forestry Economics Society of Fujian Provincial Department of Forestry in the early 1980s and later transferred to Yang Tao, deputy director and researcher of the Economic Research Center of the provincial government, and special allowance expert of the State Council. He is an old predecessor of forestry in our province and is very familiar with the course of forestry reform and opening up in our province. We asked him to talk about some situations of forestry reform and opening up in our province. Yang old said, I am familiar with the situation to talk about. My research on forestry reform has mainly four aspects or four stages.
