There are more than 210 million juvenile students in our country, and there are only a few newspapers suitable for young people to read. In our Seventeenth Middle School in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China Youth Daily has ten quotas. There are twelve squadrons in the Junior Pioneers, with less than one squadron on average. According to the brigade counselor, all the school counselors he met in the city said only one or two Chinese juvenile newspapers were in one school. China Youth Daily is even more scarce, with only four in our school and only four in China Youth Magazine. There are 132 members in our school. In fact, the majority of young people urgently need newspapers and periodicals. The beginning of this semester, I heard Shanghai Youth Daily can expand subscribers, the post office assigned to my school three hundred, the students about the reservation is finished, and will be collected quickly turned over to the fee. Waited for a month, and finally received the notice of the post and telecommunications sector, due to paper difficulties, the original subscription notice void. So the Communist Youth League was busy with the refund fee, making the League cadres and the majority of members are very disappointed.
