接收器是碟式太阳能热发电系统的核心部件,为太阳能/电能的转换提供吸热传热功能。介绍了几种高温热管接收器的结构,针对高温太阳能热利用的特点,提出了高温热管太阳能接收器的可靠性评估模型,比较组合式高温热管接收器与典型高温热管接收器的可靠性和寿命。结果表明:在热管单体故障率相同的情况下,组合式高温热管接收器具有更高的可靠性,因此具有更长的使用寿命,可以适应碟式太阳能热发电系统的运行需求。
The receiver is a core component of the dish solar thermal power generation system, providing endothermic heat transfer function for solar / electric energy conversion. The structure of several high temperature heat pipe receivers is introduced. According to the characteristics of high temperature solar heat utilization, the reliability evaluation model of high temperature heat pipe solar receivers is proposed. The reliability and life span of combined high temperature heat pipe receivers and typical high temperature heat pipe receivers are compared . The results show that the combined high temperature heat pipe receiver has higher reliability under the same single failure rate of the heat pipe, so it has a longer service life and can adapt to the operation requirement of the dish solar thermal power generation system.
