溪洛渡、向家坝、三峡组成梯级水电站群,在建立中长期优化调度模型时不仅需要考虑各水电站间存在的电力、水力联系,还要考虑水库的防洪、航运等综合任务。提出了适合溪洛渡—向家坝—三峡梯级水电站的中长期优化调度的数学模型,并采用引入罚函数的逐步优化算法(POA)对模型进行有效求解。求解模型时考虑了各种约束,求解结果表明,收敛效果好,能够得到满意的优化结果。
Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba and the Three Gorges cascade hydropower stations. When establishing the medium and long-term optimal dispatch model, it not only needs to consider the power and hydraulic connections existing between hydropower stations, but also considers the comprehensive tasks such as reservoir flood control and shipping. Proposed a mathematical model suitable for long-term optimal operation of Xiluodu-Xiangjiaba-Three Gorges Cascaded Hydropower Station, and solved the model effectively by using the step-by-step optimization algorithm (POA) which introduced penalty function. Various constraints are considered when solving the model, and the solution shows that the convergence effect is good and the satisfactory optimization result can be obtained.
