例1 男,63岁.1994年4月19日以原发性高血压、多发性脑梗塞入院.既往无药物过敏史.入院后拟予10％葡萄糖注射液250ml,加维脑路通400mg、三磷酸腺苷二钠40mg、辖酶A100u、维生素C 2g、维生素B_6 200mg、10％氯化钾5ml静点,每日1次。因当日维脑路通暂缺未加入液体,余药静点后无不良反应.次日将维脑路通(山西省芮城制药厂产品,批号931120)加入液体中静点,滴速为60滴/分.滴完约10分钟.出现寒战、肢冷、胸闷、心悸、呼吸困难、口唇紫绀及全身皮肤花斑.血压33/15kPa、脉率110次/分,心音弱.经吸氧和给予地塞米松、非那根、巯甲丙脯酸、复方降压片等治疗.2小时后症状缓解,血压20/14kPa,脉搏复常.后停用维脑路通改复方丹参注射液20ml静点.未见不良反应. 例2 女,75岁.1994年6月12日因左侧肢体瘫痪入院。诊为脑血栓形成.给予10％葡萄糖注射液250ml加维脑路逼400mg(山西省芮城制厂产品,批号931120)、三磷酸腺苷二钠40mg、辅酶A 1OOu、维生素C 2g、维生素B_6 200mg、10％氯化钾5ml静点、当液体滴毕时寒战骤作.四肢厥冷,呼吸困难.伴窒息感,胸闷心悸.口唇、四肢末端紫绀,精神烦躁.脉率120次/分.心音低钝,血压34/15kPa.经吸氧及给予地塞米松、非那根等治疗,半小时后上述诸症缓解.考虑与应用维脑路通有关.因此.次日停
