目的:探索自配比色杯清洗液与原装清洗液的相关性比对,为实验室临床使用自配清洗液提供可塑源性数据。方法:观察自配反应杯清洗液的稳定性、pH值、清洗效果、灯能量检测、杯空白检测等项目的性能改变。并以自配液与原装液进行精密度、准确度相关实验对比。结果:使用自配清洗液与原装清洗液比较大部分项目检测,相关性良好(R2>0.95),灯能量检测,杯空白检测基本一致。实际使用自配清洗液2年来,对仪器,反应比色杯无损害。外观观察比色杯清洗情况,自配液还优于原装液的清洗效果。结论:通过自配清洗液与原装清洗系统的比对,为实验室选择自配清洗液及实验室数据的可溯源性提供了参考数据,自配反应杯清洗液是一种完全可以取代原装液的试剂配方,可大胆用于拜尔系列全自动生化分析仪上。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the correlation between self-made cuvette and original cleaning solution, and to provide plastic source data for the clinical use of self-contained cleaning solution. Methods: To observe the performance of the self-made cuvette cleaning solution such as stability, pH value, cleaning effect, lamp energy test, cup blank test and so on. And self-dosing with the original liquid for precision, accuracy related experiment contrast. Results: Most of the items tested with self-contained cleaning solution and original cleaning solution showed good correlation (R2> 0.95), and the lamp energy detection and the cup blank detection were basically the same. The actual use of self-cleaning fluid for 2 years, the instrument, the reaction cuvette without damage. The appearance of the cuvette cleaning situation, since the liquid is also better than the original liquid cleaning effect. Conclusion: By comparing the self-contained cleaning solution with the original cleaning system, it provides the reference data for the laboratory to choose self-cleaning solution and the traceability of the laboratory data.
