近十年来中国农民进城的数量、被城市需要的程度、农村逐渐被城市吞没的速度,一年胜似十年,这是社会转型的现象。农民不再恪守几千年的农耕文化,敢于闯入城镇寻找新的致富门路,想法挣钱来营造自己的生活,这是撬动社会发展的杠杆。有一部分人在走出来之前本身就有技术或是学了一技之长,是有备而来;而另一部分则是非常盲目地凭着一腔热血就跑了出来。据悉,比例低到不足20%。那么,一技之长哪里来?怎样才能在城里找到稳定一点的工作?我们采访了一些进城打工的农民兄第、姐妹。看看他们是怎么说的。
In the past decade, the number of Chinese peasants entering the cities, the degree to which the cities need them, and the rate at which rural areas have gradually become swallowed up by the cities are like 10 years a year. This is a phenomenon of social transformation. Farmers are no longer abiding by the farming culture for thousands of years, daring to break into cities and towns to find new ways to make money, and making money to create their own lives. This is the lever that can mobilize social development. Some people come prepared before they come out of technology or learn a skill, is prepared; and the other part is very blind with a trace of passion ran out.
