偶氮氯膦-pB在pH9氨-氯化铵缓冲体系中可与铍形成配合物。试剂及其铍配合物均稳定,最大吸收分别位于570nm和615nm;铍配合物的表现摩尔吸光系数为3.15×10~4;铍量在0—10μg/25mL范围符合比尔定律。方法简便而准确。
Chlorophosphonazo-pB can form a complex with beryllium in pH9 ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer system. The reagents and their beryllium complexes are stable with the maximum absorption at 570nm and 615nm respectively. The molar absorptivity of beryllium complex is 3.15 × 10 ~ 4. Beer ’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-10μg / 25mL. The method is simple and accurate.
