《老友》专家门诊:我去年10月间突觉右眼不适,当时未引起重视,到今年2月份才感觉右眼视物模糊,到当地医院检查诊断为慢性虹膜睫状体炎、角膜炎。之后又做了眼科B超和眼压测试,开了些药物治疗。这些药又是滴眼又是内服,两个多月不但未见好转,而且右眼转红色,严重畏光,眼前还像长了一层膜似的。请问:一旦消炎和用药无效最后导致失明,黑珠会不会腐烂?右眼一旦腐烂挖掉,会不会引起左眼不适?今后要注意些什么?
