在现代化农业中,产地检疫是一项重要的检疫措施。规程是一种约定规范,技术规程就是在一定范围内,针对同一个管理相对物,大家共同遵守的技术规则,以判断管理相对物是否符合大家认可的社会标准。规程就是社会标准体现的一种形式。要实现农业的规模化、现代化、高效益和可持续发展,实现标准化规范管理是必由之路。检疫标准化的本质是统一和有序,标准是技术、经济和政策的综合产物,是对技术工作、管理工作的优化和规范。
In modern agriculture, quarantine of origin is an important quarantine measure.
