我们于1974年5,6月对大冶钢厂炼钢车间高温工人进行了冠心病及高脂血症普查工作(见武医学报(1):54,1975年),其中曾作血脂生理水平统计者647人。在作血脂生理水平统计时,除去了:(1)确诊为冠心病及可疑冠心病者;(2)高血压及动脉粥样硬化症者;(3)肝炎、肝硬化及胆道疾患者; (4)各种肾病患者, (5)甲状腺机能紊乱及糖尿病等内分泌病患者; (6)肺结核及矽肺患者。此外各种检查资料不够完整者均不统计在内,从这些健康人中随机抽样测定165人血清蛋白,以了解在高温条件下劳动生产的工人其血清蛋白与常温工人有无差别,观察高温作业对人体血清蛋白有无影响。根据国内外对血清蛋白测定的结果,一般都认为在成人中血浆蛋白的相对含量与性别及年龄无关。因此我们对此抽样的165人不分年龄性别,只分全年高温,季度高温和常温三个组,进行统计对比。在165人中全年高温组49人,季度高温组61人,常温组55人,结果见表。
