公路工区的工程车和养护施工机械,向来都是吃大锅饭的。由于没有实行单机经济承包,没有与司机个人利益发生直接关系,所以不管新车、旧车都普遍亏损;有些工区亏损还逐年上升,吃了养路费。1983年我局梅县工区试行了工程车单机经济承包责任制,收到了良好的效果,使整个工程车班实现了扭亏为盈,甩掉了长期亏损的帽子;1982年9台工程车合计亏损26053元,而1983年盈利10601.23元,1984年8台盈利近3万元。现将情况介绍如下: 一、实行单机经济承包的管理办法梅县工区实行单机经济承包的管理办法
