中国电视艺术家协会第四次全国代表大会,在中央领导的亲切关怀下,在中宣部、中国文联的高度重视和指导下,在全体代表的共同努力下,认真总结五年来的工作,深入分析中国电视艺术工作面临的新形势、新任务,提出了今后五年工作构想,修改了《中国电视艺术家协会章程》,选举产生了新一届领导机构,圆满完成各项议程,已经胜利闭幕。这次大会是一次团结的大会、和谐的大会、奋进的大会。
