集成电路是一种新兴的高技术产品,是电子信息产业的核心和基础,它反映了当代电子信息技术发展的水平,也是衡量一个国家综合经济、军事实力的标志之一。在过去二十多年中,世界集成电路产业突飞猛进,但各国发展速度极不平衡,这与各半导体企业经营特点、策略有十分密切的联系。我们希望通过对不同经营特点的比较,给我国发展集成电路产业及其他高科技企业有所启示。
Integrated circuit is an emerging high-tech product, and it is the core and foundation of the electronic information industry. It reflects the level of the development of contemporary electronic information technology and is also one of the indicators of a country’s comprehensive economic and military strength. In the past two decades or so, the world’s integrated circuit industry has grown by leaps and bounds, but the pace of development in various countries is extremely uneven. This is closely related to the operating characteristics and strategies of semiconductor companies. We hope that through the comparison of different business characteristics, we can inspire China’s development of the integrated circuit industry and other high-tech enterprises.
