曹长福号蕴兰斋主人。1964年出生于辽宁省营口市。现为中国民主建国会会员,营口市美术家协会理事。多年来以画工笔君子兰作品为题材,曾多次受到长春市政府、中国君子兰协会邀请,参加长春市政府、中国君子兰协会主办的“君子兰节”。并于2004年2月在长春市远东艺术馆成功举办,君子兰系列美术作品展,受到长春市政府等部门的重视,被吉林电视台拍摄成专题片宣传报道,并得到全国政协常委、全国文联副主席、中国书法家协会副主席段成贵的高度评价。亲自为其题写斋号《蕴兰斋》,并题词:“君子眼高应识吾,天下兰意属我新”赞美所画君子兰作品。近年由于所画君子兰、昆虫等作品风格别具一格,作品多次入选全国、省市美术展。2001年7月作品《兰月同辉》获庆祝中国共产党建党80周年,辽宁省美术精品展。2001年3月由中国林业科学院院长江泽慧主编《中国名花—君子兰》一书中着重介绍其为宣传君子兰花所做的贡献和影响,并刊登多幅君子兰美术作品。
