与其它应用领域相比,包装设备在速度与精度方面对自动化产品有着更高的要求。直接驱动技术作为一项高科技的控制技术,越来越多被应用于包装领域。在直接驱动下,发动机和负载之间可以直接进行耦合,从而大大降低了系统中元件的数量,提高了伺服性能和可靠性,缩短了安装时间,减少了维护要求。因此,直接驱动技术能够经常从本质上提高包装设备的生产力。尽管采用直接驱动技术的设计和集成成本较高,但是由于具有较少的元件、更高的可靠性和极低的维护成本,直接驱动技术的总成本会更低。
