高校学生党建一方面兼具高校党建性质,另一方面是大学生思想政治工作的重要组成部分。在航海类院校学生管理中实行半军事化管理成为较为普遍的一种模式。本文指出当前学生党建工作中存在的问题,从融合半军事化管理理念,强化组织建设,加强理论学习,以活动为载体等途径提出对策,以期通过半军事化管理提升高校学生党建水平。
Party building of college students, on the one hand, combines the nature of party building in colleges and universities with the other, as an important part of the ideological and political work of college students. The implementation of semi-militarized management in student management in maritime colleges and universities has become a more common model. This paper points out the problems existing in the party construction work of the current students, and puts forward some countermeasures from such aspects as merging the management concept of semi - militarization, strengthening organizational construction, strengthening theoretical study and activity as carrier, with a view to improving the party construction level of college students through semi - militarized management.
