由于三十烷醇在农业生产中的增产作用,国内外越来越广泛地受到重视,三十烷醇分析方法的研究就显得至为重要。据所见资料表明,高碳烷醇含量多采用气相色谱分析,但由于三十烷醇沸点(244℃/0.5毫米汞柱)远高于国产仪器所能达到的最高气化温度(250°~350℃)。为解决此矛盾,有的文献提出将三十烷醇转化成烷烃或相应的酯,以降低沸点,再用气相色谱测定,间接测出三十烷醇含量。但此法要求转化必须达到实际完全的程度,且分析周期长达数十小时。上海粮食科研所用日
