目的探讨人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)对卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)的影响。方法选取8~12周龄雌鼠,腹腔注射HMG,48h后处死取卵巢,穿刺卵巢表面获得卵母细胞。将所得卵母细胞随机分成二组。对照组添加FSH、HCG各75IU/L,实验组为HMG组FSH、LH各75IU/L。18h后对成熟卵行单精子显微注射,比较各组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率。结果 (1)二组卵母细胞成熟率、受精率、卵裂率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)HMG组优质胚胎率较高,相比对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IVM培养液添加HMG有利于胚胎的发育。
Objective To investigate the effect of human menopausal gonadotrophin (HMG) on in vitro maturation (IVM) of oocytes. Methods Eight to 12-week-old female mice were injected intraperitoneally with HMG. After 48 hours, ovariectomized mice were sacrificed and oocytes were obtained by puncturing ovarian surface. The oocytes obtained were randomly divided into two groups. The control group added FSH, HCG each 75IU / L, the experimental group was HMG FSH, LH 75IU / L. 18h after the mature egg microinjection of sperm microinjection, the comparison of fertilization rate, cleavage rate, quality embryo rate. Results (1) There was no significant difference in maturation rate, fertilization rate and cleavage rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). (2) The high-quality embryos in HMG group were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The addition of HMG in IVM medium is good for embryo development.
